Shipping & Returns

Shipping Domestic

We use USPS or UPS for all shipping and charge a flat rate of $7.00 per order within Tennessee, and $8.50 outside of Tennessee. Orders are typically shipped within 2-4 days of receiving your order, with shipments going out Monday through Wednesday only to avoid candles sitting in a warehouse / delivery truck that is not climate controlled. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time, so please plan ahead when ordering a gift, or for an event or holiday.

Shipping International

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

All sales are final, but we will be happy to replace any candle damaged while in transit, or if we shipped an incorrect candle to you. Please email us at info@parecandle.com and include your order number, a brief description of why you are requesting a replacement, and photos of damaged or incorrect items, including photos of damaged shipping box. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

Taxes

We collect sales tax for all purchases made by Tennessee residents.
